Responsible for measuring and assessing the effectiveness of departmental processes and procedures. Ensuring quality processes and programs are being utilized and are effective by developing performance measurements and communicating performance relative to standards. Ensure optimal efficiency by monitoring work quality; delivering reports, statistics and recommendations for improvement.

Serves as a contact for customers or client groups, internal and external to the department, for data research, document, spreadsheet and report compilation and design

Reviews report usage and requirements with client groups to ensure relevance and alignment with customer needs and documents report enhancements

Understands taxonomy of Knowledge Management and related systems.

Maintains, reviews and/or analyzes data files, tables and reports for inconsistencies, troubles shoots data integrity issues and develops cleanup strategy if needed

Compiles or imports data from various databases into specialized software, databases or tools in order to generate reports to support various departments

Provides and conducts trend analysis to support business operations; may include budget modeling.

Writes reports, creates charts, presentations and timelines in support of department or business operations.

Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in analytical procedure or cross-functional methods.

Interprets operational requirements for inclusion in studies and analysis.

Provides recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assists in policy development to support change initiatives

May write code to automate reports and templates and consolidate data into reports and knowledge.

Demonstrates working knowledge of applied mathematics, assessment Instrument design & performance assessments

Displays working knowledge of applied survey sampling and statistics for all modes of social science data collection for such statistical methodologies as: univariate and multivariate distributions, data modeling using regression, analysis of variance, and the generalized linear model.

Conducts business impact analyses and validation studies and market research through all stages: concept formulation, definition of metrics, determination of appropriate statistical methodology, research evaluation, and final research report.

Performs estimation of variances, the calculation of standard errors, and imputation

Appropriately applies weighting of various sampling and data collection designs

Applies quantitative methods of social science data analysis

Utilizes survey research literature, methods, and processes

Uses and may program statistical analysis software

Supports capability development within the delivery organization; including reviews, gap assessments and work to source and deliver strategies.

Qualifications:

Must live within 50 miles of listed location(s).

Minimum:

 

Typical Training / Experience – Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline; Generally 5-8 years of experience in related field.

Certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field. Certification required in some areas Dept/Org

Scope & Impact – Seasoned professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field; May be responsible for entire projects or functions having modest scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact to department, area, and, at times, business unit results

Problem Complexity – Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field; Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems Autonomy – Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions; Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues

Knowledge – Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Advanced knowledge of organization's technologies and practices Primary contribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional, technical) rather than managing people. Greater than 50% of time is doing individual contributor work No responsibility for developing and managing operating plans/budgets Influence/People Leadership – May oversee the completion of projects or assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.; Contributes to employees' professional development, but does not have hiring or firing authority 

Preferred:

Strong knowledge of and experience writing Oracle /PL SQL queries. Experience working with complex joins, union queries, and blending/merging data from different tables and/or data sources. 

Advanced experience with Power BI data modeling, ETL and dashboard visualizations. 

Experience building reports, scorecards or dashboards in a contact center environment/ contact center/call center business process and best practice knowledge. 

Familiar with call center technology, KPI's and Terminology. 

Working knowledge of various call center customer contact channels such as IVR/VRU, Voice, Social Media, WebChat, App Chat, SMS,  etc. 

Experience with business process analysis & improvement.

Experience using data (call center reporting/metrics) to identify process deficiencies with the ability to partner with cross functional teams to determine process improvement recommendations. 

Strong data mining and manipulation skills with the ability to use data to craft a narrative.

Advanced presentation skills with experience presenting to Sr. Leadership, I.e. Director and above.

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

Ability to work independently under minimal direction.
