JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work as part of the Master Data team which are a critical part of our Finance function

  • Performing data maintenance to ensure all master data is accurate, authorised and integrated
  •  Working collaboratively with process leaders, end users and senior leadership to gather data quality and governance requirements
  • Defining, interpreting and implementing data quality and governance solutions
  • Analysing the current data processes and developing strategies to improve process efficiencies
  • Working with internal business partners to ensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
  • Optimizing processes by implementing workflows and/or tools to ensure efficient handling of requests
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Game Digital Master Data Processes
  • Working with team members to transact and prioritise requests for data entry
  • Assisting Business Support Manager to prepare files for mass updates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years experience in a data focussed or administrative role
  • Passion for learning- looking to grow a career with a global business
  • Good commercial knowledge – preferably of Game
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Technically competent-  confident with MS Excel
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate and engage with individuals at all levels
  • A positive, hands-on, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
