About the position:

 In the position, you will be the contact person for well-established brands with loyal customers, and it sets requirements for your written and oral Danish knowledge.

 Your work will be done at the office in Stockholm, along with your new colleagues, who are looking forward to meet you. The work environment is based on service and performance. The main focus is on the quality of incoming calls from already existing customer.

 They want you to be social and take responsibility, and strive to deliver the best possible result with expertise and dedication. Your communication ability is beyond the ordinary and you express yourself strongly in speech and in writing. You are proactive by nature, passionate about helping and paying attention to the customer's needs.

 The recruitment begins with two weeks of training, where you get the necessary product knowledge to utilize and develop your service skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

• Good language skills in Danish and English, oral as well as written
• Sharp IT skills
• Experience with customer service
