Responsible for developing and maintaining the technical IT/cyber security related to Cyber Securities Incident Response Integration with the Enterprise.

Seeking candidates with Cybersecurity & Business Experience as well as the skills listed below:

  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence change across an enterprise
  • Proven track record writing executive level communications & coordinating large scale incidents for an enterprise
  • Establishing and maintaining communications for incidents intended to inform senior leadership for key decisions
  • Implement updated solution to track & analyze report on ongoing enterprise cyber incidents
  • Develop & maintain the technical IT/Cybersecurity capabilities for safeguarding the firm’s systems & applications
  • Understanding of risk management practices
  • Understanding the importance of integrated data and overseeing cyber incident response process and improvements, including post-incident reviews and risk remediation
  • Establishing processes, procedures and data infrastructure supporting Cyber Incident Response

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  (Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.)

1. Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise cyber incident management processes in coordination with Cyber Fusion Center stakeholders including Cyber Incident Response, Fraud, Enterprise Risk Management, etc…

2. Develop cybersecurity response strategies (long-term complex plans intended to achieve operational and financial results).

3. Partner with cyber, legal, technology, business continuity and supply chain management on the evaluation, testing, selection, implementation of new information security capabilities and the integration of existing capabilities into new use cases.

4. Work with teams to develop highly innovative solutions within multiple information security technologies, theories and/or techniques that impact CIS strategy.

5. Set the team\'s direction and communicates individual and team priorities and deliverables for the team against expected results. Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures, and established objectives. 

6. Lead highly complex and visible projects with notable risk and complexity.

Required Qualifications:  (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)

1. Bachelor’s degree and ten to twelve years of experience in systems engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

2. Strong functional and technical knowledge of information/cyber security capabilities with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Data Sciences, Cloud Security, and Project Management

3. Strong understanding of service lifecycle management, strategic planning, and the cyber security landscape

4. CISSP Certification Previous supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or MBA and ten years of experience in business analysis or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

2. Banking or financial services experience. Prior management experience

3. Experience in leading large-scale complex projects from beginning to end.

4. ISSEP Certification

5. Other security certifications (e.g. CCNA Security, GSEC, GCED, GPPA, etc.)

6. Other technical Certifications (e.g. CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, etc.)
