Job Description
The Group Audit team services the whole of the TUI Group’s operations and Group Functions, wherever they are located, ranging from the main Markets and Airlines, for instance in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Nordics to Customer Experience and Group Functions such as Group Finance. Additionally, Group Audit gets involved in project reviews, fraud prevention, detection and investigation, and ad-hoc consulting services.
Based on a risk based agile approach to audit assignments, as Cyber (IT) Audit Manager you will be evaluating control design and operational effectiveness of IT security measures as the Group Audit team provides value and insights to management. Your cyber-related skillset enables Group Audit to give assurance on current and future technology.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Planning, execution and reporting on audit assignments, providing consultancy and advisory where applicable
- Taking a risk-based and agile approach, tailoring your approach to the needs of the underlying assignment
- Identify cyber and IT weaknesses across the group, linking with processes and controls; giving advice for improvement by commercially realistic recommendations
- Produce high quality reports for management that encourage debate over issues and implementation of commercially relevant recommendations
- Liaising with Group Information Security, especially with the Red Team, networking with the IT security community in TUI and outside; keep contact to relevant stakeholders
- Engaging in ad-hoc activities
- Working on the continuous improvement of our own processes, e.g. by learning about, using and embedding agile, analytics and robotics in the way we work
- Building a strong network with colleagues across our various businesses

- Experience in cyber security or IT/Cyber audit, network security, a qualification like CISA, CISSP or CEH is a plus
- Fluent language skills in English; any other European language, preferably German is a plus
