With us you will:

• Lead the development of Vodafone’s cyber-attack simulations 
• Design, coordinate and deliver realistic, current and engaging cyber simulations
• Review, refresh and help deliver Vodafone’s Incident Management training packages
• Conduct training needs analysis for Vodafone Cyber teams across the globe
• Conduct post-exercise evaluations and lessons learned sessions 
• Capture feedback and develop, measure, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness
• Identify, track and resolve issues which impact training exercises

Apply if you have:

• Worked in Cyber Security, Information Security, Crisis Management or other fast paced operations
• Experience in delivering operational readiness and exercising
• Worked in training design and delivery 
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• The ability to build great working relationships and experience of managing senior stakeholders 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  The ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
• Security related industry accreditations such as ITIL, GIAC, CREST, CISM, CISP (desirable but not essential)
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving 
• Cultural sensitivity and social flexibility in a global corporate environment
