As a Brand Director, you will be responsible for making sure that our brands win with consumers, retailers and in the market to grow sales, share and equity. We win with consumers' preferences in each of the following areas:

1. When they learn about our product

2. When they choose to buy the product

3. When they use the product at home

Working in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble means you are a total business owner, maintaining a holistic leadership responsibility on brands. We need someone who is dedicated and who can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand(s) by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. Our Brand Leaders work regularly across multi-disciplinary partners to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably.

As a Brand Director, you will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to collaborate and develop top winning strategies for your brand's success.

You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your strategic and integrative thinking. As a Brand Leader you own taking insights from the data, to set the direction for brand growth, and execute those strategies with our retail partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop, sell, and execute shopper marketing programs that increase purchase of our brands
  • Lead digital commerce search & content strategy execution

Qualifications

We think you’d be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
  • Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills
  • At least five years of experience in Brand equity development.
  • At least five years of experience in strategy, and or planning
  • At least five years of experience in Customer/consumer marketing
  • At least five years of experience in eCommerce
  • At least five years of experience in Financial management (brand profit and loss and stewardship).

This role is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We are looking for someone willing to relocate.
