Customer Support Specialist
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with service enquiries
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries in a accurate and timely manner, via chat services
• Identify customer needs and assist accordingly
• Analyze and report service requests (i.e., existing case, file information and new service enquiries)
• Update our internal database with information about enquiries and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Requirements:
• Min 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Experience in the service industry would be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of CRM
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Graduates are preferred
