P&G is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Senior Manager at our Chicago Sales Office to become a member of the product supply team supporting our Walgreens business. This position is accountable for successfully delivering results for their customer on:
Driving service/On Shelf Availability (OSA),
Cost and cash improvement, and
Commercializing Supply Chain (SC) improvements.
The Customer Supply Chain Senior Manager frequently collaborates with the customer, assessing and translating customer supply chain needs. The position is responsible for promotional and merchandizing forecasting as well as creating and delivering the joint value creation plan to ensure deliverables.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Requirements:
Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree (preferred degrees: Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, or degree with relevant supply chain experience)
Must have 3 – 5 years relevant experience in supply chain management/manufacturing
Position located in Rosemont, IL (Chicago)
Must have minimum of two years of employment with one employer
Demonstrated strong leadership skills delivering results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills which can be applied to business process with a “can-do†attitude
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience with Business Analytics
Knowledge on using Power BI, Knime, SAP or equivalent, or Excel (advanced level)
