The Opportunity

Are you passionate about working with customers to make them widely successful? The Adobe Customer Success team is responsible for the post-sales customer experience, driving adoption, consumption, and value realization for our customers. Our team is fueled with a passion for innovation, growth, and a steadfast dedication to making our customers successful.

We are hiring for a Customer Success Value Lead to join our Digital Experience Customer Success Management (DX CSM) team to measure and verify value for all DX customers. This role will be responsible for defining the value journey for our enterprise customers including the development of our methodology, tools and delivering expert engagements to ensure every DX customer can accelerate their path to value.

What you'll Do

  • Develop and evolve our global value realization methodology in exceptional detail from end-to-end.
  • Work directly with our customers and CSMs to verify customer outcomes for each Adobe solution and design value models to meet their needs.
  • Design and scale a programmatic engagement model to deploy Adobe CSMs and self-service digital tools that will effectively move the customer along their value journey.
  • Build a measurement framework with important metrics to optimize success of value engagements and understand the impact from programmatic engagements.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations and global partners in the field to pilot new engagement models, distill best practices and refine our value methodologies.
  • Evolve Adobe’s Value Management Platform (VMP) to standardize value models, measurement, tracking, and customer facing assets.

What you need to succeed

  • MBA Degree or 10+ years of equivalent practical experience in Value Engineering, Marketing Analysis or Strategy
  • Experience building robust customer value models, driving measurable results along the way.
  • Data-driven approach with the skills for applying data insights to customer outcomes
  • Passion for driving customer success and measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to efficiently mitigate risk and cultivate joint partnership
  • Strong consulting skills and validated results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media space
  • Skilled at Change Management within large organizations, helping to inspire change across groups by engaging key partners
  • Tried effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
  • Effective at leading executive C-level discussions and presentations
  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 50%)
