What you’ll achieve

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our stakeholders into their new event journey and ensure that they achieve the transformative value supported by our project. You will also work closely with the product management team, the event technology team, and the Event production team to maintain the feedback loops and adapt our internal customer’s needs.

You will:

Responsibilities:

  • Own onboarding, adoption, training, and development of best practice
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle a large volume of email, chat, phone conversations, and meetings
  • Define and report on success measures
  • Work with Events platform and Operations team to constantly update the onboarding and training materials

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years prior experience in a customer-facing role & 1+ years prior experience as a CSM or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement with resiliency in capacity to deal with pressure and the demands
  • Strong communications, written and presentation skills, influence without authority
  • Project Management skills for large project or vast audience

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
