Being the first point of contact for clients as a Customer Subject Matter Expert (SME):

You will be responsible for the delivery of a highly responsive and knowledgeable service to Security Watchdog customers. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the Security Watchdog screening products and processes. You will be very accomplished in the use of Security Watchdog systems used and have a great understanding of your customers, the contracts and the required service standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitate the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of consistent best practice quality processes.
  • Conduct Screening tasks when required and requested by Management to ensure fast turnaround
  • Monitor and dip sample for Compliance within customer accounts
  • Achieve customer and internal performance targets
  • Management of customer operational reporting
  • Work closely and communicate with all parts of the organisation to ensure joint targets and projects are met

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of customers
  • Experience of working in a relevant service sector such as HR, Recruitment or other relevant B2B or B2C organisation
  • Ability to multitask and priorities work effectively
  • Ability to analyse data and identify key trends
  • Experience in process improvement, and optimising the use of automation
  • Work closely and communicate with all parts of the organisation to ensure joint targets and projects are met
