Position Summary: A Customer Service Specialist will professionally respond and interface directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests and credit claims.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
This position will coordinate or execute any Restaurant Order Process activities necessary to fulfill customer requests.
Interacting with multiple Martin Brower locations, the call center ensures that customer’s needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each Distribution Center and/or the ROP SSC accordingly to provide information for daily business functions
Be responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit and assisting various departments
Other projects or duties as assigned.
