Our Bristol branch is looking for a friendly, confident and helpful person who is passionate about providing excellent service, to join them. Working in the heart of the community our team is key in understanding what’s important to our members and to create a sense of belonging for all. It’s a team orientated, supportive environment where every day is different.
Your main responsibilities will be dealing with enquires from our diverse range of customers, helping and supporting them through our range of products and supporting them with any queries. You’ll be key in building relationships with our members and understanding what services will suit their individual needs. You’ll give clear, accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient way. Being a team player is important, you’ll want to be a role model and help those around you.
Taking responsibility by finding resolutions for our customers and dealing with more sensitive or challenging situations will be key. It will also be important to keep up to date with policies and procedures with the ability to share that knowledge with others effectively.
You’ll be involved in supporting administration enquiries by completing transactions, inputting information accurately and support our members by taking telephone calls.
As you increase in role confidence, you’ll work through our supportive accreditation scheme moving you through different levels of the role increasing your responsibilities and pay. You can own your personal development and grow with us.
We have a reputation for excellent customer service and we really want to meet people who care about customers as much as we do.
You’ll need recent customer service experience to be successful, ideally from a retail financial services environment
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to talk to lots of different people will be important
You’ll have experience of dealing with more challenging and / or complex customers’ enquiries in a careful and accurate way.
You'll have a positive, flexible attitude and a strong team player
