Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position in the growing Gambling Industries industry. This long-term contract / temporary Customer Service Representative position in Jersey City, New Jersey could be perfect for you! Candidates looking to work in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center will be interested in this position. Must be commutable to Jersey City, NJ.

Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion via high volume of incoming calls, email and live chat

Assess situations, identify issues, and follow company policy to resolve complications

Requirements

 The call center is a 24/7 operation; overnights and weekends will be required. 

We are looking for:

2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment

Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and customer database systems 

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
