What is this job about?
In this role as a Customer Service Representative, your goal is to support the company’s new e-commerce business in Europe.
On a daily basis, you will manage all inquiries from customers and provide the best experience for them.
Your challenges:
- Order entry and handle all customer service inquiries (phone, email, and online chat)
- Communicate regularly with the Management Team in the United States via email, video chat, and calls
- Long for major sales growth every year
- Contribute to the consumer events and tradeshows at least 3 times a year. within Europe
- Represent the company in the Netherlands
- Reflect on the EU perspective for the company’s business model
- Manage all the returns procedures
- Get full on job training
Preferred experience
What do you need to apply?
- An advanced level of English and Dutch (C1+)
- Ability to travelaround Europe for the company’s activities on weekends
- Comfortable with business apps and programs (spreadsheets, word processing, email, e-commerce programs such as Shopify).
- Capacity to work independently
- Ability to take care of your station
- Problem-solving skills
