Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Correspond with customers and answer inquiries
  • Process quotes and sales orders
  • Post Sales Coordination
  • Review and consolidate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Packing Lists
  • File Coordination
  • Generate and distribute international documentation
  • Mail and Fax distribution
  • Monitor office consumables
  • Provide personnel depth and support to warehouse, accounting and sales departments
  • Liaison between Customer and UK
  • Coordinate Customer Database
  • Other duties as identified
