Do you enjoy Computer Technology and helping people?  Spectrum is looking for tech savvy customer service oriented people to join our January 2022 classes. Starting pay is $18 hour plus shift pay. Our supportive, 6-week training program will prepare you and your classmates to troubleshoot internet and phone issues and fulfill our mission of keeping our Spectrum customers connected. Our call center representatives enjoy flexible, consistent schedule options and have unlimited career advancement opportunities. This is not a remote role, and will require in-person attendance in our call center. Our call center team enjoys set schedules and we will help you develop all the skills to be comfortable in your role troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
