What you’ll be doing:

  • providing excellent customer service to all your enquiries
  • advising customers on correspondence via email, letter or webchat
  • working to productivity and quality targets
  • making quick decisions in a timely and confident manner

What we’re looking for:

  • great communication skills, including excellent written English
  • confident using Microsoft office packages such as Word
  • self-motivation with a talent for working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • ideally, experience working within a customer service environment.
  • comfortable with home working
