P&G is looking for a Customer Service Organization Manager, Business Process Expert as part of the Order Management Center of Expertise which includes Order Acquisition (Vendor Managed Inventory/Intelligent Fulfillment/Electronic Data Interchange/Customer Online), Order Generation (Business Information Management), and Order Processing - Post Delivery and Billing.
The scope of the role includes SAP, Electronic Data Interchange, Business Warehouse, Order Builder support and strategic project work for Customer Service Order United States/Puerto Rico, Business Process Operations, Global Export and Chemicals.
In this position, you must have a deep understanding of a broad range of existing business processes in Order Management and quickly recognize the need of the business and able to crystallize that understanding in a way that empowers others, reduces risk, and increases the quality of solutions. This individual will strategically influence projects, solution design and sets strategic directions for new work processes across Customer Service Organization and adjacent functions. The Customer Service Organization Manager, Business Process Expert role is considered both Regional and Global.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or degree with relevant experience
Must have 3 – 5 years SAP and Sales and Distribution experience
Passion for technology, work processes, and project management
Must be able to work independently, self-guided and self-motivated
MS Office Products
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Preferred:
Ideal candidate has experience as order management analyst processing sales orders in SAP and troubleshooting issues
Experience in end user support and training, preferred
