Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Identify and assessing customer's needs to provide solutions in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer accounts & database.
  • Promptly follow up on customer requests.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements :

  • Should have completed GCE A/L.
  • Minimum 01-year previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a logistics company is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant and enthusiastic telephone etiquette is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
