Customer Service is really important to us, so the role of a ‘Customer Experience Assistant’ is to keep our members feeling great!
We are truly excited to be able to offer you the chance to join our ‘Customer Experience Assistant’ team with a with a structured development programme and national recognised qualification in Customer Service.
This is a fantastic work-based apprenticeship programme will help you develop your skills and provide you training and support so that long term you can develop yourself in this role. This programme is open to all candidates aged 18-64, yes that’s right, any age is the right age for an apprenticeship!!
In this role you might find yourself working across three different parts of a club, so there is plenty of flexibility and ample opportunity to learn and develop new skills along the way.
You might find yourself working in our Club Room, on Reception or with children in our DL Kids Team- so variety is the spice of life in this role!
Your responsibilities will vary from serving customers our ‘DLicious’ Menu, greeting our members when they arrive at the club with a friendly ‘Hello’ or creating fun activities at our DL Kids parties and holiday camps. Whatever team you find yourself working in, providing brilliant customer service is the number one priority.
What’s great about this job is that you don’t need any experience, as long as you are someone who loves to work with a smile on your face and a spring in your step, we can train you on everything else you need to be successful.
Our comprehensive training and apprenticeship will provide you with Skills and Knowledge to help your understand customer needs, become brand ambassadors of our products, understand regulations and legislation relating to the customer experience and help you deliver amazing customer service experience to our members and a supportive environment to help you put it all into practise. The programme will take 12- 14 months to complete and will gain a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
