Anexciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor tojoin a prestigious company, based in a prime location in Dartford.

As a Customerand Sales Service Advisor you will be providing a high level of service tocustomers who are purchasing a high end luxury brand.

You will beresponsible for the following:

* Providing ahigh level of customer service to a range of customers
* Communicating via fax, email and telephone
* Taking and processing of customer orders using the sage system
* Handling and providing a resolution to complaints
* Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the businessprocess and procedures

You shouldhave proven experience of the following:

* CustomerService
* Taking and processing of customer orders
* Dispute resolution
* Working within a customer service environment

Hours: Mondayto Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
