With an increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for 30hr Customer Service Agents with particularly strong availability for evening shifts and weekend shifts to join our existing H&M Family.

Part-Time: Permanent, 30-hour contract. You must be available to complete the first two weeks of training Mon-Fri 8.15-16.30 and Mon-Wed 8.15-16.30 for the third week of training.

Salary: Â£9.98 per hour

Start dates:  16th September, 30th September & 7th October

Location: Currently working within a hybrid model with a requirement to work a minimum of 40% of shifts per month in our Edinburgh office. When not working in the office your place of work will be your home address, which must be within the United Kingdom. 

Operational hours: Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 9 pm and at the weekend between 9 am – 6 pm.
