Job Description

What you will do:

  • To deliver a quality and speed of service which meets the expectations of the client, Phoenix/Royal London and our end customers.
  • To complete administration arising from a call, during the call or within service standards
  • Process customer correspondence and provide other clerical support, in line with documented procedures, to produce the appropriate output and ensure customer records are accurately maintained
  • To communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all contacts to provide relevant and accurate information in a professional and business like manner
  • To keep product, process and system knowledge up to date to satisfy the requirements of Treating Customers Fairly
  • To identify opportunities to improve processes and make recommendations to achieve customer satisfaction and or efficiencies in operation
  • To understand and adhere to Capita’s compliance guidelines and where appropriate comply with all relevant regulatory policies, including completion of mandatory training
     

Your experience will include:
