Job Description:

Following a full 5 weeks of training, this permanent role of Customer Service Advisor at Capita will require you to:

· Help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods.

· Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued

· Create a positive experience for every customer and colleague

What will you work:

We are open 7am -11pm for our customers and as such have a multitude of shifts (ranging between 35 and 37 hours per week across 4 or 5 working days including 1 weekend day) for you to choose from, allowing you to pick a pattern that will best suit your lifestyle. However, with notice, we do require some flexibility from you to ensure that we are always supporting our customers when the call demands require it.
