Job Description:

Working as a Total Service Advisor role within Capita you will be required to work across both our contact centre teams and administration teams. You will initially be based within the telephony-based team.

Customer experience is something that is very important to us and making our customers happy will be your number one priority. We aim to resolve any issues first time, which means we want team members who are dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers.

In return to your commitment and hard work we offer an annual salary of £19,760. The role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.

Hours: 40 Hours a week between Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm.

Home based at present due to COVID19, however training will be office based at our office in Skypark.

What you will do:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Complete administration work from the call within service standards
  • Process customer correspondence in line with documented procedures
  • Ensure customer records are accurately maintained
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality and contractual service level agreements
  • Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets
  • Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required
