A bit about the job:
You will be answering inbound calls to support and retain existing customers. Whether it’s providing fully advised quotation, making policy amendments or providing them the information they need, when they need it.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Sales\ Customer Service related role
The ability to be empathetic towards our customers, supporting them through potentially difficult period whilst making their Sales journey easy for them and building their loyalty
A good fact finder – you will ask the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs
Meticulous and detail orientated – checking facts and asking questions will enable you to weigh up information and make accurate recommendations about the policy
Knowledge of insurance products / financial services would be great, but not essential
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary of £24,000 based on a 35 hour week or pro rata up to £28,252 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
