Technical Customer Service Advisor Plusnet

Salary: £20,904 plus Bonus

Contract Type: Full time - Permanent - 40 hours a week

Free Broadband, and 20% discount on Handsets and 30% discount on Sims for up to 5 Family and Friends when joining EE.

Office based at our Claypit Lane site in Leeds

Start Date: 11th April & 2nd May 2022

Job Description:

What will you deliver?: 

  • handling customer queries and delivering high quality service throughout 
  • using your technical product knowledge and our state of the art trouble shooting system 'Albert' to proactively find answers and solve problems 
  • working to tight deadlines to ensure all queries are responded to in good time and meet day-to-day service delivery targets 
  • giving administrative support to ensure all queries are correctly logged and updated in line with our processes 
  • adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws

  • someone who works well independently and takes ownership of customer issues who can demonstrate empathy and patience
  • a clear, confident communicator, who can demonstrate empathy and patience even when faced with challenges 
  • an understanding or ability to learn about the different processes within a contact centre environment
