The Customer Risk Manager will set the direction and provide business support accountable for the results of customer risk management solutions, as well as market-related interactions with key customers. In this role, you will partner with Commercial Leads to provide commercial direction and risk management solutions that together allow product flexibility in trading and hedge optimization strategies. You will build collaborative partnerships with business teams in a highly complex competitive structured products to achieve the product lines financial and commercial results and add additional value to the business.
Direct engagement with Protein NA’s key customers to prospect, develop offerings, provide relevant market related updates, and customize the Risk Services portfolio to suit the customer’s needs and risk profile.
Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You will provide direction to customers, supporting team members, and be a strategic contributor.
Develop, implement, and be accountable to the budget on risk management solutions and trading, proactively monitoring and challenging performance versus budget.
Evaluate and review the most complex analyses of market trends, including supply and demand factors, to support decisions on risk management strategies for customers and potential impact to customer’s risk management goals.
Collaborate with strategic brokers, customers, and agents as needed to handle the highest risk trading positions and execute trades and hedges within set limits with an advanced comprehension of physical and nonphysical trading practices.
Lead all aspects of market analysis, such as world market analysis, by using internal and external information to create hedging and trading strategies, as well as customer market updates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced risk management skills
Master of Business Administration degree
NFA Series 3 (National Commodity Futures Exam) certified
5+ years’ experience managing a significant Profit/Loss
Experience in the Protein complex
