Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the performance of the Cargills Bank Mini Service Point within the CFC outlet, which includes achieving the Assets, Liability and Cards targets for the location, handling queries relating to the Cargills Cash product and LankaQR payments at Cargills Food City outlets, managing queries from walk-in customers, supporting the customer on-boarding process through KYC verification and documents handling, and achieving the business objectives and acquisition targets as specified in the annual plan. The candidate should maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure that his/her conduct adheres to the guidelines stipulated in the Cargills Bank Policies to enhance the overall trust and reputation of Cargills Bank and the Cargills Group.
