Job responsibilities:•
Maintain the relevance of customer information in the database;• Organize and control the timely, complete and high-quality entry of information about new customers into the database;• Monitor the smooth operation of the client database, and in case of problems, inform the relevant departments about it;• Coordinate work on finalizing the functionality of the CRM system;• Regularly work with the statistical data of the database, analyze the data;• Develop a calendar plan of actions and communications;• Prepare so-called "selections" - certain data about clients from the database;• Inform clients about marketing campaigns (create mailing lists; prepare terms of reference for mailing layout and its implementation; coordinate the mailing process);• Prepare, coordinate and control promotional events, events with partners or client days;• Prepare and control the budgets of various activities;• Survey customers (on the site or at the point of sale), negotiations, with the help of which to determine the preferences of customers;• Develop the strategy for interaction with the target audience based on its analysis;• Organize and coordinate interactions with clients;• Analyze potential customers, taking into account their requirements;• Work with current clients, keep in touch with them;• Prepare instructions for retail stores (for example, regarding the process of servicing discount cards or accruing bonuses);• Control the work of retail stores with loyal customers.
Requirements:
• Higher education in the field of marketing and advertising, possibly economic or technical education;• Confident PC user with good knowledge of office programs;• Possession of methods and tools for analyzing sales or marketing activity;• Experience with CRM systems;• The skill of writing technical specifications for revision / development of functionality;• Ability to make business plans;• Ability to communicate with the client by phone;• Analytical skills, ability to structure information;• Knowledge of the basics of the psychology of relationships between people;• Excellent communication skills with related departments;• Knowledge of management theory and marketing fundamentals;• Ability to create and conduct presentations;• Multitasking;• Initiative;• Flexibility, responsibility;• Communication skills;• Performance and stress resistance.
