Customer Relations Executives will be the primary contact for our service seeking customers by responding to inquiries, managing complaints, troubleshooting significant customer service problems and providing general information.

The Requirements

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Fluent in English
• Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking.
• Customer focus and adaptability.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications Microsoft Office Package.
• GCE A/L or Equivalent.
