Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Marketing Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.

• Develop and execute a robust customer marketing strategy for the North America region to impact loyalty, retention, and growth objectives in partnership with sales and customer experience stakeholders.
• Engage customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, executive sponsor programs and nurture campaigns.
• Measure, analyze and report on the impact of the customer marketing plan on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced).
• Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through peer reviews, references, case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a technology customer marketer specialist with an outstanding history of success.
• Experience working with sophisticated and multiple technologies across a range of industries.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong passion for serving and understanding customers.

Preferred Skills

• Interpersonal skills to help them nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional team
• Working knowledge of SFDC and Tableau
• Bachelors’ degree
• Cybersecurity industry knowledge
