The Customer IAM Senior Engineer (Information Protection Senior Advisor) position provides technical analysis of requirements necessary for the protection of all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Conducts security reviews of external service providers and outsourcing vendors and systems reviews to ensure appropriate security implementation. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Information Protection assignments.

Responsibilities

·       Provide engineering and project support for key CIAM initiatives.

·       Contribute to developing and executing a multiyear IAM strategy and roadmap for enterprise stakeholders.

·       Interact with application development teams throughout the enterprise to understand their current initiatives and strategy in order drive process and platform improvements.

·       Work with application teams to understand Okta integration requirements and evaluate feasibility.

·       Drive proof of concepts to determine solution approach and scope.

·       Assist with Okta configuration and test data setup for applications.

·       Assist with fixing issues discovered as part of the application UAT phase.

·       Assist with promotion of the application configuration (including any customization to the configuration) to production Okta tenants.

·       Provide periodic performance reports for review with management on topics related to process improvements, training and quality initiatives.

·       Oversee and ensure the effective communication of risks, issues and updates.

·       Participate in vendor and tool selection in alignment with solution architecture..

·       Report key performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·       5-10+ years of experience in the position preferred.

·       Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.

·       Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.

·       Experience and expert knowledge of Identity as a Service and Federation technologies (Okta, ISAM, TFIM, etc.).

·       Experience and knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, OIDC, etc.).

·       Experience and knowledge of identity stores/directories (AD, Oracle LDAP, AD LDS, etc.).

·       Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

·       Demonstrated skill at creating technical documentation for complex processes and applications.

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
