Customer Success: Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. To this end, Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help Microsoft customers successfully realize their business outcomes.
Customer Engineers (CEs) are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. CEs provide technical support including risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s cloud or on-premise environment. The Customer Engineer provides pro-active support delivery services as well as technical readiness through a Customer’s Support contract via dispatch by the CSAM/account team. Customer Engineer services can be delivered either remotely or on-premises.
This role will require advanced communication skills and the ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gaining trust and respect for the company.

Language Qualification
English Language: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking with strong presentation skills.
Technical Expertise:
• This role is aligned to the Infra solution area, focusing on Windows platform (Server. Virtualization, Server Security).
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, including the ability to capture and interpret Fiddler traces.
• Strong knowledge of any Microsoft® System Center Products, with the ‘main’ emphasis on the following System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / ConfigMgr) concepts
• Cloud Fundamentals
• Windows OnPrem / Azure networking
Preferred Qualifications:
• Eight or more years of industry experience with Microsoft Server products.
• Expertise in two or more of the following cloud computing technologies: 
• Experience with installing sites, Software Updates Management, Operating System Deployment and Software Distribution.
• Experience with various client features like discovery, installation, inventory, and software metering.
• Familiar with status messages and various server and client-side logs used for troubleshooting.
