Proven track record of building relationships with senior IT and business decision makers.
Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers.

Technical skillsets:
Technical and architectural knowledge in atleast one of the following technologies:
Exchange (Online/2013/2016/2019) and Hybrid Deployment
Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Hybrid Deployment
Preferred (but not a MUST) to have knowledge in any of the below :
SharePoint (Online/2013/2016/2019) and Hybrid Deployment
Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance (eDiscovery, DLP, MD, OCAS, etc.)
Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI / PowerApps / Power Automate / Power Virtual Agents)
ADFS or other federation services
Azure Active Directory Connect or MIM
Enterprise Voice/Unified Communication (SBC, VoIP, PBX)
Enterprise Networks
Powershell or Development Skills
Microsoft 365 licensing plans and features
Other:
Willingness to travel between 25% - 50% domestically and / or occasionally internationally
Depending on the COVID 19 Corporate and Country guidelines - currently Work from Home only.
Open mindset to work with different cultures and customers
Strong Teamplayer
Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Other languages are a PLUS.
Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills
EU Drivers License Class B
We would offer relocation assistance to potential German speaking candidates (subject to conditions & holding current valid permit to stay & work in Europe), who are willing to move to Austria.
