Responsibilities
As a Customer Engineer, you will work in our most diverse and complex customer environments. You will lead operational projects and work on issues related to our collaboration and messaging products (Exchange onprem / Exchange Online / identity and security skills). You will be responsible for the follow-up of your customers and will guarantee a high level of satisfaction. On our customers' site, as a Microsoft expert on Collaboration and Unified Communications environments, your main responsibilities will be to:

Qualifications and experience 
You have a degree in computer science (Bac +2 to 4/5), you have significant experience (at least 3 years) in supporting large accounts with a specialization in collaboration and unified communications.
You already have good skills in production/operating environment on the following technologies  
You have a good "customer orientation" and are always concerned about their satisfaction.  
You have a clear communication and analytical mind, and you are fluent in French and English.
