Responsibilities 

 As a Customer Engineer, you will work in our most diverse and complex customer environments. You will lead operational projects and work on issues related to our collaboration and messaging products (Exchange onprem / Exchange Online / identity and security skills). You will be responsible for the follow-up of your customers and will guarantee a high level of satisfaction. On our customers' site, as a Microsoft expert on Collaboration and Unified Communications environments, your main responsibilities will be to:   

  • Responding accurately and expertly to technical requests by providing all elements of response,   
  • Establish and maintain close and trustworthy relationships with your customers,   
  • Analyze and propose improvements on infrastructures and systems
  • Solve complex problems, of critical economic implication for our customers and requiring a thorough knowledge of infrastructure architectures (Active Directory, networks) and Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies (Office 365 with mainly Exchange Online and Exchange Onprem),   
  • Help our customers migrate to the Cloud and implement hybrid architectures,   
  • Carry out skill transfers,   
  • Work with your customers' CSAMs, Support Engineers and other Microsoft contacts.  
  • Help our customers develop new collaborative experiences

 Qualifications and experience  

You have a degree in computer science (Bac +2 to 4/5), you have significant experience (at least 3 years) in supporting large accounts with a specialization in collaboration and unified communications. 

You already have good skills in production/operating environment on the following technologies   

  • Communication systems  
  • Network protocols   
  • Microsoft products: Office 365 (Exchange Online, Identity, Security) and Exchange Onprem 
  • Migration from Microsoft or other on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Online solutions.   
  • Would be a definite plus: knowledge of Firewalls - Windows Networks and Systems - Windows Server Systems - Active Directory and if possible other skills related to directories such as meta-directories or other LDAP directories on the market - Networks, mainly in Windows environment - ADFS for the Cloud part.   

You have a good "customer orientation" and are always concerned about their satisfaction.   

You have a clear communication and analytical mind, and you are fluent in French and English.
