Customer Engagement- ​Team Assistant​

Role Responsibility

Working closely with the team, the Customer Engagement Team Assistant will provide support across the three pillars of Customer Engagement; VIP, Clienteling and Appointments. The role is cross-functional ensuring all areas are support, running efficiently and effectively through high levels of attention to detail, collaboration and organisation.

As the Customer Engagement Team Assistant, you will:

  • Work across and supports the 3 workstreams of Customer Engagement - VIP, Clienteling and Appointments. â€‹â€‹
  • Work cross-functionally supporting implementation, co-ordination and administration of Customer Engagement projects​​
  • Ensure that the functions they support are running efficiently and effectively maintaining and managing team files, updating key project management documents â€‹â€‹
  • Work with the CE managers to ensure activity comms calendars is up to date and to aid where information is incomplete​​
  • Carry out research for the CE team, including Comp Shops, regarding new customer communication tools and trends, and present back and feedback research information to the CE team​​
  • Support analysing campaign/project performance, making recommendations to the Customer Engagement Managers​​
  • Support preparation & testing of monthly VIP newsletters​​
  • Communicate effectively with wider stakeholders including L&D, retail, marketing and events regarding CE activity â€‹â€‹
  • Administrate recurring Customer Engagement meetings – identifying stakeholders, preparing agendas, effective minute taking, documenting and cascading agreed actions​​
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required that support with the dynamic nature of the team​​
  • Creating a community for knowledge sharing​​

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous administration experience or equivalent luxury coordination/supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience desirable​
  • Strong written communication and grammar with competent computer skills
  • Financially aware and capable to track figures and targets
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative suggesting improvements for the customers experience​
  • An ability to work individually and as well as part of a team​
  • Attention to detail, well organised, a logic thinker and tech savvy
  • Good time keeping with ability to work to strict deadline​
  • The ability to concentrate for lengthy periods of time
  • Flexible in their approach to work
