What you’ll achieve

You Will

• Lead a team of world class Program Managers and support staff in support of Federal Mission Programs, GWAC’s and IDIQ’s 
• Provide inspiration, professional development opportunities, and coaching, as well as act as an escalation point and sounding board, for a team of Program Managers and support staff
• Act as an essential business partner working closely with Customers, Program Offices, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Security, and other supporting functions as required
• Develop internal relationships and earn trust amongst all echelons of Dell EMC Federal leadership.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to develop strategies for maximizing revenue and transaction volume on supported programs
• Routinely meet with senior leadership engaged in strategic planning efforts to enable Dell Technologies Federal to follow the mission, add new mission/business, as well as manage and grow existing services offered

Essential Requirements

• This role requires expertise in all aspects of Dell EMC business operations including the CRM tools.
• P&L management and ability to report financials and demonstrate program health and performance
• US Citizenship required
• Federal GWAC and Contractual knowledge required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• PMP Preferred
