What you’ll achieve

You Will

• Lead a team of world class Project and Program Managers, Escalation Specialists, and associated Leadership in support of Federal Mission Programs, GWAC’s and IDIQ’s 
• Provide inspiration, professional development opportunities, and coaching, as well as act as an escalation point and sounding board, for all aspects of Dell EMC Federal’s Customer Delivery PMO
• Establish and oversee the organizational structure, policies and procedures necessary to maintain an effective team structure, career paths, and financial results for the Customer Delivery PMO
• Act as an essential business partner, maintaining working knowledge of critical Federal business practices and strategic endeavors
• Develop internal relationships and earn trust amongst all echelons of Dell EMC Federal leadership.
• Routinely meet with senior leadership engaged in strategic planning efforts to enable Dell Technologies Federal to follow the mission, add new mission/business, as well as manage and grow existing services offered

Essential Requirements

• Expertise in all aspects of Dell EMC Federal business operations
• P&L management and ability to report financials and demonstrate PMO health and performance
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to adjust communication style to various audiences within the Dell EMC Federal organization
• Understanding of Federal contract vehicles and regulations strongly preferred
• US Citizenship required
• PMP Preferred
