REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Industry qualifications, Minimum 1 year experience in a call center is a must
- Excellent Communication skills
- Fluent in Sinhala and English. the ability to type in Sinhala would be an added advantage
- Proven Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives
- Positive Attitude and mindset
- Effective decision making skills
- Handling customer rejections and objections
- Average Knowledge in MS is a must
