REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant Industry qualifications, Minimum 1 year experience in a call center is a must
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluent in Sinhala and English. the ability to type in Sinhala would be an added advantage
  • Proven Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales and marketing initiatives
  • Positive Attitude and mindset
  • Effective decision making skills
  • Handling customer rejections and objections
  • Average Knowledge in MS is a must
