Responsibilities :

• Taking a genuine interest in each customer to understand and find solutions for their online shopping needs.
• Pro-actively exploring customer service and sales enquiries, looking at how you can consistently add value in every customer interaction.
• Being a supportive and actively involved team player-contributing ideas to continually improve our customer experience.
• Processing orders in a timely manner.
• Assisting with administration duties and should have the ability to take responsibilities in new projects when required and ability to work under pressure.
• Inbound outbound call handling/Social media / Live Chat, Info mail reply / order placement with 5 star hotel vendors.
• Assist delivery people / Asst. walk in customer/ order placement / Assist customer pickup order.
• Handling customer complaint.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years Contact Centre or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English(Both written & verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail & resolve customer problems in an efficient manner.
• Outside the box thinking with positive attitude to build rapport and gain customer loyalty.
• Understand the customer needs promptly and provide efficient services.

• Should be a team player with positive attitude and achieve Company objectives.
• Flexible to work in additional hours especially for seasons.
