Ourclient, a busy insurance company in Romford, is seeking a Customer CareConsultant to join their team on a permanent basis. To be considered for thisrole, you must have excellent customer service skills and experience within acall-centre environment, dealing with queries independently via email,telephone and Live Chat.
The mainaspect of this role will be to handle inbound calls from customers andaccurately pre-screen their needs to produce quotes and resolve their queries.
Other dutieswill include:
* Assistingthe Sales department and other departments as needed
* Provide feedback to help with company development and identify improvements
* Attending team and operational meetings
* Maintaining a professional manner during all communications with customersand colleagues
* Adhering to regulations and procedure
* Completing company training
The idealcandidate will have experience in dealing with customer complaints, haveexcellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
This is afull-time role, 37.5 hours per week to be worked within the following openinghours:
* Monday toFriday - 8.30am to 8pm
* Saturday - 9am to 5pm
* Sunday - 10am to 5pm
* Bank Holidays - 9am to 5pm
