Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achievement of daily/monthly targets and client SLA

• Regular communication to team Leader

• Been driven and motivated to achieve targets set.

• Resilient under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands. 

Requirements:

• GCE A/L Passed is Mandatory / University Level (desirable)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a High Tech Manufacturing domain in any international BPO/BPM industry

• Proven track record in meeting targets and SLA’s.

• PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).

• Demonstrate a customer focused orientation

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills

• Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible with regard to working patterns
