Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Account Coordinator will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for our single-site team. In this role you will provide Data Analysis or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform complex administrative or data tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Participate in executing customer service strategies.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
- Provide administrative and data support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Handle complex data analysis, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Working with customers to build relationships and be able to have cross-functional interaction with different departments especially the sales team.
- Consistent growth will be measure and monitored in the first 6 months, to achieve business metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Information

- This role requires a candidate to be in Martinsburg, PA surrounding area.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in Data Management and Data Analysis.
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create relationships and work with cross-functional teams especially sales.
- Be willing to meet business metrics and achieve company goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- AS400/SAP experience.
- Prior work experience with the agriculture industry.
- Seven years of customer service experience.
