The Customer Order Resolution Coordinator will be an essential member of the Operations and Inventory Control Teams responsible for the returns from customers. . He/she will be accountable for achieving these goals through the research and resolution of customer returns in a timely manner. Position will be responsible for managing and driving efficiencies within the Customer Returns area.
Job Functions
 • Conducts investigations into Customer Order discrepancies
• Customer Order research and resolution including bin checks, GWPs and no cost replacement requests
• Problem-solve with a customer service mindset maintaining Belk’s customer service standards
• Perform root cause analysis and develop analytical tools to improve problem solving processes
• Provide consistent and timely communication with Operations and Inventory Control Managers
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, with a can-do attitude
• Trained in all areas: Returns, Cubiscan, VAS, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
• Data entry experience in a Windows-based or AS/400 operating system
• Shipping experience via 2nd party delivery (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• FC DC or retail inventory management experience with strong detail orientation
• Good interpersonal skills, effectively being able to communicate with other individuals
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and achieving success
