Responsibilities

• Ensure expertise (through training and education) on CSG products including Commercial Client (Latitude, OptiPlex, Workstation), Consumer Client (Inspiron, XPS, Alienware, Vostro), Displays & Client Peripherals (Monitors, Docks, I/O, 3P Accessories), IoT, Wyse and other CSG products.

• Analyze data, formulate conclusions, and provide summary analysis and recommendations to leadership

• Identify areas for process improvement and/or automation, and lead projects

• Assist Presales regional leaders and team lead in mentoring and developing talent

Essential Requirements
•    Undergraduate degree and 2-5 + years of experience in supporting technology products, BI/ Analytics and/or equivalent experience
•    Demonstrated Customer First mindset
•    SQL, Excel, PowerBI (Basic/Intermediate)
•    Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements
•  Exposure to Advanced Analytics projects
•    Expertise in Robotic Process Automation
•    Expertise on Dell sales, product management and technical support tools
