Job Description

As the Site Operations Manager for CSC Pune, he/she will be responsible for the following:

The role will be responsible for managing the facilities like Pantries, Transport, Onboarding of new hires, support for exiting Employees, Inventory Management, Demand Management, Governance, Dashboard Management, Stakeholder Management and multiple administrative reporting such as utilization report, expense report, stock report, etc.

  • Facility administration, reporting, inventory management, and other administration support

  • Assisting in site level procurement and releasing of vendor PO’s

  • Bill receiving and processing for payment

  • Expertise in managing site level operations and administrative functions coupled with proficiency in handling Vendor Management

  • Liaison with the Site leads, IT department, BMO

  • Manage execution and coordination of LOB/Team events

  • Manage onboarding & offboarding activities for CSC Pune

  • Assist in Ad hoc day to day projects and logistics

Business/ Department Objectives:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Managing of facilities like pantries, transport etc : Ensure smooth operations for common facilities, seek feedback from employees,  identify issues at an early stage and work with the management team to resolve the same

2. Inventory & Demand Management: End to end management of inventory & demand of essential stock, across the site, including updated real-time records, PO, invoicing, accruals etc

3. Asset Management: Management of assets used by these facilities, including invoicing, inward clearance etc

4. Governance: Maintain a controlled environment at the site, by ensuring proper awareness, timely guidance provided to business units for KRI enhancement.

5. Reporting: Management of ad-hoc & essential reporting requirements

6. Onboarding & exit support: End to end management of onboarding & offboarding activities for employees, in collaboration with the BU coordinators

7. Automation: Streamline or re-engineer center level processes by bringing in efficiencies and with effective controls in place to ensure an overall controlled environment.

Education:  MBA

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years’ experience facility and site administration.

  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders spanning across local and global senior management, business unit PMOs, Operations and Technology teams etc.

  • Experience with interpretation and application of Policies along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in business, demand, & inventory management activities.

  • Must be able to work through cross-departmental situations, track performance, communicate expectations, anticipate and recognize problems, and when appropriate, escalate appropriately.

  • Ability to interact and communicate both written and verbally with the senior management team.

  • Expertise in excel administration, especially look-up and pivot functions.

  • Ability to create metrics, maintain trackers and other documents as needed.
