Job Description

What will you be doing?  
You’ll be working across our digital channels to support the Conversion Rate Optimisation initiative by developing and supporting hypotheses and tracking and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests based on gathered insights.

 

You will collect and analyse insights from a variety of research and user feedback sources including quantitative and qualitative studies, web analytics tools, onsite surveys and validation testing sessions to identify and propose implementations of hypotheses for testing.

 

You will assist and support the CRO Product Owner and team in prioritising tests roadmap and track results. You will monitor and accompany CRO tests to ensure consistency and validity of implementation and results. You will then summarise and present results, findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.


 

Who are we looking for?   

  • Proven experience in gathering and delivering actionable insights from user research.
  • Ideally 1+ years’ experience working with CRO or a similar Ecommerce role.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and shopping behaviour.
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation methodologies 
  • Demonstrable web analytics experience (Adobe Analytics preferably).
  • Experience carrying out CRO activities in collaboration with digital, product and UX teams.
